How do we know the numbers are right?
Every finding shows the lease clause, the billed charge and the amount, so your team can check it line by line. A person reviews every lease fact behind a finding before it reaches you.
We can’t share leases.
You send files; we never touch or write to your systems. We sign an NDA on request, each customer’s data is kept in its own isolated workspace, and everything is encrypted in transit.
Our leases are generated in our system, so they match.
That removes keying errors, not amendments and side letters made outside it, acquired leases, billing setup or manual overrides.
Can we back-bill?
That depends on your lease terms and jurisdiction. We give you the evidence; your team and counsel decide.
